Shipping & Pick-Ups

We would love to meet you, so why not swing by our store in San Juan to pick up your order? All pick-up orders will be ready on the same day for collection during business hours. We'll even send you a text as soon as it's ready, and you'll have up to 5 days to come and get it.

For our customers in Puerto Rico, your orders will arrive within 2-3 days, while those in the United States can expect delivery within 4-6 days. We want to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible, so we'll do everything in our power to get them to you on time.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your package, please note that Iconic Boutik is not responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen orders caused by USPS. However, rest assured that we will trace your package and do everything we can to locate it.

It's important to double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If the customer enters their address incorrectly, Iconic Boutik will not refund the shipping cost. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-sending the package once it arrives back to us.
