Final Sale Items

There are certain items that are considered final sale at Iconic Boutik. These include:

  • White items
  • Purchases made during the holiday season

Please note that these items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a text message to 787-566-6884 with your exchange request.
  2. Wait for approval from our team. Please note that we reserve the right to deny any return without a reasonable reason.
  3. If your exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Return the item to us using a shipping method of your choice. Please note that you will be responsible for all returning shipping costs.
  5. Once the merchandise arrives at our facility, we will process your exchange and grant you store credit within 3 days.

Store Credit

All store credits granted by Iconic Boutik are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Please make sure to use your store credit within this timeframe to avoid expiration.

Store Pick-Up Returns

If you have made a purchase for store pick-up, you have 5 days from the date of purchase to return the item. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
